Latin American Conference on Socially Responsible Higher Education, co-organised by DECODE and UNESCO Chair

The Colombia conference brings together community and Indigenous researchers and higher education leaders interested in transforming higher education to be more inclusive of epistemic justice or knowledge democracy.

This marks the first regional gathering opportunity for DECODE researchers from Latin America to analyse findings in the regional policy and practice environment, and build connections with other research/practice networks on climate resilience.

Dr Budd Hall will be participating along with three DECODE Indigenous community scholars; Waldina Muñozfrom Colombia, María Quispe from Bolivia, and Jutta Guthberlet from Brazil.
