Dr.Budd Hall, Professor emeritus with UVic’s School of Public Administration and UNESCO co-chair with the Community Based Research and Social Responsibility in Higher Ed portfolio. Budd was awarded the David H. Turpin Gold Medal for Career Achievement in Research.
